過密にされたためにワクチンも効かず次から次へとパルボが発症し犬達は隔離する事もスペース的に出来ず弱って死を待つのみの状況になっています。過密にした張本人の愛護団体は「そんなに広まることは無い、どこのセンターでもいろいろなウィルスがあるから。死亡するのはパルボではなく他の原因かもしれない」などと知識のない言葉には心底呆れていました。

当会が経験してきた「パルボウイルスの蔓延」の怖さが現実になり抑える事が出来ない所まで来てしまいました。昨日センターに電話をし「少しでも収束に向かっていますか？」とお聞きすると「いいえ、もう全部の部屋から病犬が出てしまいました」との言葉に、「やっぱり、ここまで来てしまったのか」と落胆してしまいました。

すでに14匹が死亡したそうです。犬だけでは無く猫達にも感染し次々と死亡していく数も増えてきました。過密状態にされていなければ感染した犬を完全に隔離する事も出来ました。しかし昨年から「すべての犬を処分せず此処で飼え」とセンターを脅し処分を止めていた常識のない団体はこの責任をどう考えているのでしょうか？。

この2年間茨城センターではパルボ発生はありませんでした。過密にされてからこのような地獄のセンターに変わってしまったのです。新規に入ってくる犬達までも置くところが無く感染犬がいた収容房に入れられています。理解ある団体様が犬達に別のワクチンを購入しセンターに届けました。しかし今更ワクチンをしても効果はないでしょう。「過密状態になる」と言う事はこのように伝染病が出た時に対応する事が困難になりその結果「生きられた犬」まで「苦しい最後」を迎えることになることは分かり切っていました。

ここまで常識のない団体に対し何の対処もしていなかった茨城県側にも責任はあります。現在譲渡団体の出入りも止められています。と言う事はどんどん過密になって行くと言う事で、治療も出来ずただただ苦しみながら息絶えて行く多くの犬達。これが、こんな結果にしてしまった「CAPIN..」という団体の「動物愛護」の理念なんでしょうか？この先「トンコレラ」「鳥インフルエンザ」と同じように全頭処分となることも考えられます。

口のきけない動物に1団体の起こした「動物虐待」に値するこの状況が「動物愛護」とはまるで焦点が合わない「無責任な結末」として軽蔑されることでしょう。「茨城県センターに収容されている犬達、さようなら」

お天気に恵まれそして強風の中無事に譲渡会は終了いたしました。涼しかった風もだんだん強くなり何度もテントが宙に舞うようになり慌てて押さえつけての中での譲渡会でした。






気温も30度近くまで上がり来場者様もスタッフもワン子達も汗を流しながらの暑さの中で3時間をすごしました。お陰様で良いご縁に巡り会い4匹の子がトライアルに進むことになりました。これから日を設定しお連れしてまいりますのでしばらくお待ちください。




「保護犬を家族に」と多くの方が会いにいらして頂き本当に感謝申し上げます。ご縁というのは不思議なもので何年も保護してきた子がなかなか里親様が見つからなくて諦めかけていても急にぴったりの里親様に巡り会える事があるのです。それが本当のご縁なのでしょうね。

当会に送られてきました英語メールを当会スタッフKさんが訳してくださいました。中国動物福祉団体のChrisさんとSarisさんからの協力を求めるメールです。

しかしどうして当会のメルアドを探し当てたのでしょうか？このような文面から読み取ると「玉林市の犬肉祭り」は止めるどころか推奨していると。しかし以前市長にお聞きした時には「市民が独自におこなっているため市は関与していない」という返答でした。多分この愛護団体様は肉にされる犬がトラックに満載されて運ばれていくところをトラック止めて救出している方々だと思います。どうぞ皆様中国玉林市の現状をお読みください。

This is Chris from China, I ll try to explain briefly why I don't agree with petitions.

Ican foresee that Yulin will not stop, as the interest groups behind arenot under pressures while the local government has been the pushing hands & The Chinese central government has at least played a laissez-faire role. We have a lot of details to prove this, and we are still looking for more evidence.

Now I hope that the whole world of animal rights would wake up, know it at another standpoint to take actions of ending this, It is to urge the China gov to do the Compulsorylegislation which is different from the current practice as we all see that Now the animal lovers worldwide are still counting on the government to take initiative, by their tons of petitions, even turned to the extent of questioning xi, that would only make him shame and annoied, such things have not effectively ended the suffering of dogs and cats, but drawn a signal that animal rights will certainly be regarded as extremism to be suppressed in the near future, The last voice for those voiceless will disappear from China, the link between Chinese animal protection and the international community will be completely cut off.

You understand China's current international situation and what the Chinese government has done over the past 70 years.

Weneed the Chinese government or the party exactly, to impose a law on his nationals to stop the cruelty killing, and ensure the companion animals welfares. Forcibly, like In the Meiji Restoration of 1868 Japan.You may not know that the only law or regulation Our volunteers in mainland china who intercept dog trucks, were able to relying on was themeat slaughter and quarantine regulation, in the case of local government fair enforcement only(not happened always). The local dog-raising regulations we can see that have been for the purpose of increasing the revenue instead of the welfare of pets, that's why is so harsh that there is almost no humanity. The forces of dog dealers and dog robbers have grown stronger to do business with local government officials.

Any international activities in any cities could lead amust to an eliminating of dogs(the recent in Wuhan for the Military Game ). Now the legally registered dogs as well to be eliminated, the gov hired groups forcibly took away them from their owners.
After the Changchun vaccination incident, most Chinese cities carried out the dog eliminating campaign, sametime the local government introduced various strict and distorted dog-raising regulations to quell the "angerand panic" of civilians(we all know where those really from ).

As advocates of human rights and animal rights, we have seen this clearly.

Ifeating dogs in other countries in Asia is only a legacy of culture, then in China, we have reasons to believe that they are tools used by local government-led interest groups to collect money. Innocent dogs arecharged with too many dirty political events. .

Please believe that we are not groups of extreme person who agaist our gov only. The above views are not speculations. We still working on more evidence.

Westart the CAWW(China animal welfare watch) n looking for the chance to work with the world's animal rights advocates and those who have been desperate for Chinese animal protections, to get all of us out of the puzzle.
Don't give up on China's animal rights, don't give up Chinese dogs, don't give up all the animals here.
Anda call on the world to Work with us to urge the Chinese government's compulsory legislation by our united actions of boycott instead of justpetitions as beggers to those interest groups.

At the same time,we have different groups all over china been devoted to rehoming large dogs like sleddogs, Huskies, Golden Retrievers, Greyhounds, large Ruraldogs aswell. Any international adoption out of China, china is no longer for those large dogs who can not legally registered in many cities by the regulations. they turned to be highly rate killed / abandoned and possiblity to sold to the dog meat market.

I and many of my friends who been fighting for dogs would be grateful if you could help us in any of the two, legislative or rescue projects, even if just promotion and forwarding.

玉林犬肉販売業者達は、市の行政から何の圧力を受けてません。また中国政府自体も自由奔放主義に任せて彼等を干渉してません。行政達の怠慢を証明出来ます。また現在も更なる証拠を集めています。


従いまして、各地で様々な反対運動を起こしてますが意味がないのです。だから私は反対運動に賛同してませんし、玉林が終わるとも思っていません。

今、世界の動物保護管理法が目覚めて欲しいと思っています。中国政府を強制的に玉林を止めさせるにはどの様な行動を起こすべきか。


未だ世界各地の動物愛護家達は、中国政府に期待して沢山の嘆願書を提出したり、質疑の要求などをしてますが、そんな愚かな行動はただただイライラしてさせてしまうだけです。犬猫達の苦しみを終わらす事は出来ないのです。


ではどうしたらいいか。動物保護管理法によって警告を発する事です。動物保護管理法は、近い将来彼等を確実に抑制する事ができます。


そして声なき動物達の代弁は、もう必要なくなることでしょう。

皆様は現在の中国の国際的状況と、中国政府が過去70年間何を行なってきたかご存知のはずです。

この残酷な虐殺行為を止めさるには、中国政府又は中国政党に動物保護管理法を樹立させる事が必要です。そして多くの動物福祉団体と協力していく事です。


1868年明治維新の時に、日本が大々的に政策の改革を強制的に施行した様に、中国国内でも改革が必要なのです。


皆様は、私達中国国内のボランティアが、屠殺されていく犬達を輸送しているトラックを阻止している事をご存知でしょうか。玉林市の行政は検疫検査などでの必要な場合にしか実施しません。現地の犬の繁殖規則というものは、ペットとしてではなく、収入を増やす事を目的とされているのです。


だからとても辛辣で、非人道的なのです。

公的に現地の行政と一緒になってビジネスとされているため、ドックディーラーや盗賊達の威力は、どんどん成長しているのです。

諸外国の保護団体は、中国から犬を排除するように働きかけるべきです。（武漢市では最近、Military Game とされてます）


現在飼い主にきちんと登録されている犬達が盗まれています。行政が盗賊を雇っているのです。
長春市の狂犬病ワクチンの不正事件以来、ほとんどの都市で犬を排除するキャンペーンが行われました。

同時期に玉林市は、犬の繁殖規則に規制することを導入しました。市民の怒りを鎮めるために曲解したのです。

もしも他のアジア諸国で犬を食する風習があるのならば、それは伝統的な文化の為です。
しかし中国では、市の行政がただ収入を増やしたいが為に犯行グループを雇っているのです。
罪の無い犬達は、中国の汚れた政治のイベントの為に利用されているのです。

私達は過激な組織ではありません。ただ行政に反対しているだけということをご理解して下さい。またこれらの情報は、私達の憶測によるものではありません。今もなお証拠を収集しております。

私達CAWW(China animal welfare watch) は、中国の動物保護活動に絶望している世界の動物保護団体と、協力できるチャンスを探しています。


中国の動物保護活動を諦めないで下さい。

犬達の為に私達は戦い続けています。
